Looks like Marsh's decision to not develop the property at 54th and College (which we mentioned here last week) has struck a nerve with some people.

Wow - one day later and the sign is still there! I wonder if other banners will join it.

awesome! i really wanted to snap a photo of that but didn't get over there with my camera in time.
and now it appears that the fence has been removed. what's up with that? i'm glad it's gone (it really improves the parking situation at that intersection), but what is the significance of the fence coming down?

Jen said something about the possibility of the Atlas sign coming down too. I'd like think the fence removal was a nod from Marsh towards people complaining. The corner definitely looks much better without it.

I live right around the corner from there and I've been waiting anxiously for Arthur's to arrive since we moved in last October. I'm *really* peeved that they're delaying. The Marsh up in Noblesville is pretty nice, but the others in the area (including 62nd & College) are comparative dumps with unhelpful staff and poor quality produce ("the fresh market" my ass!). I've started going to O'Malia's and Kroger out of spite. None of them are particularly compelling, however.
C'mon, Marsh! Move it or lose it!
